I believe human experience is
all about being

Making peace with discomfort
Embracing change
Life is an Interpretation: Thoughts and Perceptions shape our reality, but they can be changed.
I won’t lie, my life’s not perfect. My sister died when she was 13, my dad left us when I was still a kid, and my first marriage didn’t last as expected.
Still, for every ‘bad thing’ I’ve experienced, there’s a bright side. I always say that the shadows in my life exist because light shines on me.
So here’s the long story short of my life:
All of these challenges pushed me to search for answers. My journey began with religion; I studied many religions, searching for meaning. From religion, I moved on to philosophy, then psychology, and finally sociology. This quest for understanding started when I was about 16 years old and lasted for nearly a decade, well into my mid-20s.
I pursued this extensive self-education on top of a structured background in Engineering. My Cartesian approach to processes has always been strong, giving me a knack for numbers and systematic thinking. This foundation allowed me to build diverse professional experiences as an entrepreneur and, later, in a nearly 25-year corporate career. During this time, I worked with numerous teams, leaders, and issues, particularly in the Commercial, Marketing, and HR fields.
Throughout these years, I became a father to four children—two Argentine and two Brazilian. I experienced divorce and remarriage, and over these almost 40 years of activity, I’ve continuously tested different ways of interpreting life events, transforming challenges into positive outcomes. My life has been filled with both painful experiences and joyous moments, particularly within my family. These experiences have taught me invaluable lessons about people, teamwork, and relationships.
This is why I now focus on helping others—those who haven’t had the chance to accumulate such a wealth of experiences, but who still have many opportunities to develop new ways of interpreting their circumstances and discovering different solutions. I do the same for organizations, working with those interested in improving productivity, efficiency, and overall quality of life by focusing on how they function internally and the true work of their teams.
What I offer isn’t something I learned in a traditional university setting, although I’ve had and continue to have several mentors who guide, inspire, and motivate me to seek out new answers and solutions. My aim is to foster more effective communication, more human-centered leadership, and a more open mind toward different interpretations.
Returning to the central idea: we often act based on what we feel, what our minds interpret, and what our thoughts tell us is happening. If that changes, our behavior changes too. But for that change to occur, we need to be aware of our processes and challenge them. Challenging oneself isn’t easy; it’s a skill that can be developed, but it’s not easy to cultivate. Working with me, you can achieve significant progress through small improvements. The beauty of this particular development is that small changes can lead to big results—you don’t have to wait for major changes to see major outcomes.
So, I’m here to help you make those small changes that can lead to significant results.
